Repeat visitors should be counted partially towards the next robuck, because having them give full "credit" to the developer would encourage bots. However, having repeat visitors be worth nothing would encourage click bait, because it would only matter that you get a player once.
Then again, bots would still be pretty inconvenient. I like this idea, but it does need a bit more clarification.
