The Docklands Officer Training Corp (DOTC) is a academy all cadets must go through once getting accepted into the department in order to graduate into a formal Correctional Officer. The academy is in charge of preparing all officers, in order to formally re act to things in the actual field at Harford as it is crazy. We're in charge of communication skills, teamwork skills, leadership skills, and the normal abilities of a officer must have.
