Hackers paying for a new account or writing an essay

Idea,Hackers and exploiters keep coming back with new accounts,if they are on a device and they got banned for hacking they should pay (I know it won't work for other devices pcs ETC) OR:Have to write a long detailed essay on that device about why they should be back on roblox and how they will not do it again,If this all fails to work I really dunno,but it's a start,I got the idea and know some of it seems stupid,But u can give some reason able problem about it it's fine). (I also got some of the idea from smelly_bigfoot) - Derp

K,I know it's stupid XD but that's what I would do,Also when I grow up I'll be a teacher and make kids write essays about why they brought cheese to school
