Within the past week going by, I have been frustrated working with your incompetent leader.
At first, CAT decides to leisurely hold the summit War Meeting at our prepared Pentagon Headquarters. Your leader said no. Your leader decides to create a place of his own to do it, he changes his mind. I decide to offer him a third-party place for it to be hosted, he declines. I give him the suggestions of using one of CAT's older places, and perhaps un-banning the people he wanted there at the summit to be present, he declines.
Now, he wants to hold a meeting on Wednesday at 9 PM EST. This is something conflicting with my Foreign Affairs, High Rank's, and myself scheduling.
I decide to compromise with him, and make that date available to him for convenience.
Now, he wants this on discord. This is something I will not absolutely do. We want this in-game, and it's the sheer fact the leader of RNW won't agree to anything but discord for more than a week, because he has something wicked up his sleeve to pull.
You can either do it in-game, or just work our Proposed War Terms, sniper. I gave you enough compromise to work this, and you're being more than difficult to deal with.

You accepted the our war request.
By that being said, you do acknowledge the other enemies request and to compromise war terms that both side can agree on.
We are not agreeing to discord. We've been saying this for more than a week now. We've gave out our reasoning, and you have absolute no reason when we ask you why you can't do in-game.

Buddy, this is supposed to be the easy part.. Just find out when we're all available and talk it out on Discord. I don't see what your problem is with using voice comms since both of our clans use Discord anyways..

We accepted your war but a war will not materialize without war terms and war terms won't materialize if you don't get on discord- it's pretty simple logic
You do not dictate what we do. You declared war, but it doesn't belong to you- if you want it, then you'll just have to stop being a snow flake and get on discord |

Actual, my clan do discord, but that doesn't mean we want our negotiations on discord. You can easily manipulate it, and I'm not taking any chances.
I've held a voting process with my HCOM about whether we do it on discord or not, and it's a vote where some of the individuals voting aren't going to be in the negotiations. Everybody disagreed. I disagree as well.
How are you going to work a good exciting war, when you can't even be willing to open to the other side.
We worked your horrible date and time for this, and opened to do the summit at another area aside from our own.
