gonna sound edgy but you don't have enough name brand recognition to create the type of environment to sustain a long term "powerclan" and you'd be better off aiming at a more laid back larger group focused on bringing new people into the clan world

I always think of it as power clans are more efficient because 5 decent people are better than 10 noobs.
Idk tbh, right now my clan has an obby people must complete in order to get in, I might just keep it like that.
