SEALs need to be up and running ASAP. The officer positions don't care, C/O is enough for now, we need the squadrons full, the teamleaders and the BUD/s SQT instructors. -Directorate of force structure, resources and Assessment Grandmodder

I transferred over to Navy about 4-5 months ago, some major reoccurring issues is activity, many people transfer out of divisions like NETC, and I have noticed a number of illegal transfers too. Another issue is that we have HR JCS telling MA that the MA D/A could host a BMT for about 7-8 E1's that were there. Luckily I came on a nice they got to the obbys. But we can not have other division who are not properly trained to do a job, doing that job. Who's to say these issues won't happen again because I've seen it many times and it needs to be fixed.

@Grandmodder; SEALs is not necessary to the development of the Navy. If anything, SEALs takes away valuable personnel who are essential to our Navy, leaving me and the JCS with very few options for divisional command staffs. As much as you like the idea of having SEALs re-opened and fully operational, the JCS and I can not afford to have it open currently.
