In the Holy Roman Empire, an Emperor is elected every month. Their job is to stop the princes from going to war with each other and to keep the peace within the empire. If an elector's kingdom is inactive or missing the emperor will pick a new elector to take his place. The seven electors can choose any prince from within the empire to be the emperor. You can only vote for yourself if another elector is voting for you. As holding the title of emperor, you may, 1. Declare a war the whole empire has to join against an outside enemy. (Unless emperor gives permission to stay out of war). 2. Grant elector status to another country (When only six electors). 3. Protect the empire from outside invaders (MUST). 4. Negotiate peace with enemies for the empire. 5. Give funds to other kingdoms. (Elector status is not lost until gone inactive) Signed, Administrator-Elector
