Hi guys, here you will find hte interview procedure.
To start you may announce the interview shift 1 hour before, you must be Services Manager + to host them.
To start:
You may lock the server when it is time of interviews, you must give 5 more minutes to people arrive. To lock server say - slock (REASON).
After that:
You may say the rules, they are:
1.Use Grammar.
2.Use punctuaction.
3.Follow HR's orders.
4.If he see you AFK you will be kick.
5.We don't want trollers here, so if you are one leave the server.
6.To pass you must have 4/7 answers correct and don't have safechat.
7.Any question ask the looby assistants.
Then you may order all guest to go to the naming points. There the namers must ask the guest to say SW4U , if tags appear the namers have to kick them with the command - kick (REASON) . Namers will ask: Why you want to join us? if they don't use grammar they must kick him.
After all this test namers will have to name the player Username||Group #||Turn #
Namers have to name them with the command - name player name.
Namers will recive orders from the host, he will say what group you are in charge to name.
Interviewers will be name by the host like this - name player Username||Interviewer||Office OFFICE#||Group GROUP#||TURNS#
After this host will order when to start.
When the host order to start the interviewer must PM the first turn of his selection. When the interviewer PM the player he most say: Please stand up and ask a lobby assistant to bring you to Office OFfICE#
The questions are:
1.What rank are you applaying for? (4-6)
2.Why do you want this rank?
3.Why should we hire you over others?
4.What is your goal at the resort?
5.Do you have previous experience with this job?
6.How active are you in a scale of 1 to 10 ?
7.How good is your grammar in a scale of 1 to 10?
8.Say F90K
If they passed name them Passed! and say:
Congratulations! You have passed, I will say the host to rank you to trainee. You must assist to a training to get your job.
If they failed name them Failed! and say:
Sorry, but you didn't passed, please try other day. I will kick you with the reason of why you failed.
