The Resistance's Command Structure is split up into three categories, Low Ranks [LR], Middle Ranks [MR], and High Ranks [HR] Low ranks consist of the following: Youngling I To advance from the rank of Youngling I, you must attend a Lore Training Youngling II To advance from the rank of Youngling II, you must attend a Combat Training Youngling III To advance past the rank of Youngling III, you must attend a Force Training Initiate To advance past the rank of Initiate, you must be chosen by a Jedi Knight+ to be their Padawan Padawan To advanced past the rank of Padawan, your Master must determine you are ready to take upon the Knight trials. Upon passing the Jedi Knight trials, you will be official members of the order. The Middle ranks consist of the following: Jedi Knight Becoming a Jedi Knight means you are now an official member of the Jedi Order, Jedi Knights may take one Padawan at a time. In order to advance from this rank, you must've been a Knight for 2 weeks, and chosen a Path you wish to take. Jedi Guardian Jedi Guardians are the peacekeepers of the Galaxy, they specialize in Combat over everything else, they may take one Padawan. In order to advance past this rank, the Jedi Council must approve for you to obtain the rank of "Master". Jedi Sentinel Jedi Sentinels are technical experts, they often specialize in alternate fields such as Investigations, Law Enforcement, and partake in the Medical field. Sentinels may take one Padawan. In order to advance past this rank, the Jedi Council must approve you for the rank of "Master". Jedi Consular Jedi Consular's are the Lorekeepers of the Galaxy, they specialize in the teachings of the force rather than Combat. Consular's are often Ambassadors from the Jedi Order. Consular's mat take one Padawan. In order to advance past this rank, the Jedi Council must approve you for the rank of "Master". Temple Guard Temple Guard's are the silent warriors of the Order. They act as the primary Law Enforcement Agency for the Jedi Temple and are sworn to silence. To become a member of this elite group, you must attend, and pass a Temple Guard tryout. Temple guards may not have any Padawans, and they may not advance to Master, in order for them to become a Master, they must either become the Commander of the Guard, or take a demotion to Sentinel and go through the steps there. The High ranks consist of the following: Jedi Master Jedi Masters are senior members of the order. They have proven to the Council that they are competent enough to be true leaders. Masters may take two Padawans. In order for a person to advance from this rank, they must either be elected Jedi Bladesmaster, Jedi Librarian, or elected onto one of the Councils. Jedi Blademaster The Jedi Blademaster is the overseer of the Guardian Corps in the order, Bladesmaster is a title, not a rank, the Bladesmaster holds the rank of Master. The Bladesmaster may take on two Padawans. In order to advance past this rank, you must be elected onto one of the Councils. Jedi Librarian The Jedi Librarian is the Lorekeeper of the Order. The librarian is incharge of the teaching of the members of the Order. Librarian is a title, they Librarian holds the rank of Master. The Librarian may take on two Padawans. In order to advance past this rank, you must be elected onto one of the Councils. The Jedi Council The Jedi Council is the lower Council of the order. Councilors are elected by other members of the Council. They are tasked with overseeing the affairs within the lower levels of the group. Councilors hold the rank of Master, although they may take on 3 Padawans. In order to advance past this rank, you must be elected onto the High Council. The Jedi High Council The Jedi High Council is the primary governing body of the Order, all decisions affecting the order as a whole comes from the High Council, High Councilors hold the rank of Master, although they may take on 4 Padawans. In order to advance from this rank, you must be elected Overseer of the Order. Overseer of the Order The Overseer of the Order is the elected head of the High Council. The Overseer reports to the High Council and the Grand Master on all matters in the order. The Overseer holds the rank of Master, although the Overseer may take 5 Padawans. In order to advance from this rank, you must be elected Grand Master. Grand Master of the Order The Grand Master of the Order is the elected leader of the Order. The Grand Master approves all legislation the High Council approves. The Grand Master holds the rank of Master, although the Grand Master may take as many Padawans as he sees necessary. The position Grand Master is the highest any Jedi can go.
