Within this group, you have a choice as to how you want to start off. You can: A: Choose to start as part of the Janitorial Staff OR B: Choose to start as a Service Technician. Once you choose, it is set in stone. You cannot change what part of E&T you want to be in once you choose (when you are first accepted to the group that is an exception, you automatically are part of the Janitorial Staff). In order to rank up in your selected group, you just need to devote time to your job and do it right. If I or the Co-Director see you doing your job repeatedly over time, we will rank you up. This means to go from Janitorial Staff to Senior Janitor, or Service Technician to Senior Technician.
