The News Paper stand will actually have a use, Whenever someone clicks the stand it will give out news about Las Vegas, For example, What was passed and failed this week.
This will give information to the people about what has happened during the week.
If that does not work, No worries it can also create more jobs encouraging people to get out there and write articles!
