2. Don't be afraid to mess up and make mistakes
3. If you would like to switch mentors, please PM one of the leaders
4. Make sure you are in the same party as your mentor when in parties
5. Be sure to stick with your mentor unless said otherwise
6. If you have something to say, don't be intimidated to say it. Salamanders are reminded that Spriggans are not lesser than them, so you have the right to have an opinion against them.

8. If you are struggling, approach your mentor or leader to help you out with what you are struggling with.
Salamanders (Members above Lvl 10)
1. To become a Salamander in ALO, once you reach Lvl 10, you must prove yourself by defeating the "King Gorilla" with another member of your choice, or you can solo it. If the boss kills you, the boss will be killed and you have to start over. The member who help you defeat the boss is not allowed to inflict the most damage; it is your training after all. You must also acquire a different sword than from your beginning sword, you are then a Salamander.
2. As a Salamander, one has the ability to become a mentor to a Spriggan. As a mentor, you help train the Spriggan to become a True Member. As a mentor, you have the responsibility of helping your apprentice whenever they need help, so please do not reject helping them.
Sylphs
1. Sylphs are the loyalest of members of the guild. To become an Sylph, one has to participate in more than 5 raids, 5 meets, mentor at least one Spriggan, and help a Spriggan defeat the Boss.
2. Sylphs are not better than everyone else, they are just the most experienced members. As a Sylph, you do not have the right to be treated better nor treat members lesser than yourself. You simply have a different status.
3. Sylphs, if in the Skype Fairy Squad group, have the ability to call raids without the leaders' permission. Please be relevant though, and do not make raids directly before or after another member's raid.
4. Sylphs are allowed to create meets.
Undines(Members With Max Level)
1. Undines are the most powerful users in ALO. They have Elegance Spear and have the max level(Level 21). They have the ability to delete group wall posts and post group status. If they abuse this power in any way, such as deleting random posts, they will receive 3 warnings. If they continue, they will be kicked.
2. Undines can accept join requests if the Leader allows the member to proceed with us in our group. Undines have the same privileges as Sylphs as well as rules. Do not treat other members badly, just because you're more powerful.
Co-Leaders
1.Co-Leaders cannot kick, ban, or abuse any of their privileges for no reason at all. If you do abuse, you will be demoted and kicked instantly. This rule is your only warning.
2.Co-Leaders can host raids and meets. They can promote or demote lower-ranks if they had done everything needed to be promoted, or if they have broken rules, but they have to ask the Leader for permission.
Leader
1.While TheTotoroGamer15 is the true leader of The Fairy Squad; Andy7177 is the owner of the group and shall be respected as such.
2.The Leader has all the powers the Co-Leaders/Undines have, however, they can control the items the group have made, and they can control the group funds. They have the most power out of everyone and should be respected.
Raids
1. Raids are group meetings with goals. For example, the most popular raid is defeating the King Gorilla multiple times.
2. Raids can only be made by leaders and Sylphs. Suggestions for raids are welcome at any time.
3. If you are unable to participate in a raid, please contact the host of the raid and let them know to leave without you.
4. Raids have specific meeting times and meeting places. Those times and places are required to be in the raid description. Members are given a maximum of 10 minutes before the raid leaves without them. If you show up late, it's your own responsibility to catch up with the group.
5. A True Member proving them self is not a raid.
6. Members are not required to participate in a raid, but it'll definitely show you join in group activities. Plus, raids tend to give out drops and XP among the group. Please try to participate in as many raids as possible.
Meets
1. Meets are group discussions, usually held in Swilvane or Alne.
2. Meets can only be hosted by leaders and Sylphs.
3. Please try to participate in as many meets as possible to keep up-to-date with Fairy Squad events.
4. Members are not required to go to meets, but they are extremely useful to your guild knowledge.
5. If you can't participate in a group meet, please tell the host you will be unable to go, and they will tell you everything you missed.
6. Meeting places tend to be very specific. For example, most Swilvane meets are hosted near spawn or the small hill near a couple lions just outside the safe zone near the Forest Temple portal.
Banning
1. Verboten, or banned, is when you break a rule enough where the entire guild is becoming affected. Most rules can be broken 3 times before banning takes part. If you are verboten, you are then no longer allowed to participate in the guild and are kicked out from the group itself.
2. Using verbal violence against another member, such as calling them names, making fun of their speech, or blackmailing them for your own gain, will instantly get yourself banned.
