In RNW, we go by a very basic system.
The HR hosting the training or Raid will be watching evaluating each rank on these topics. If they think you are ready for the next rank they will recommend you for a promotion.
Captain - Promoted from Leadership/Combat/Strategy
Lieutenant - Promoted from Leadership/Combat
Sergeant - Promoted from Leadership
Corporal - Promoted from Combat
Private First Class - Promoted from Communication
Private - Promoted from Discipline
