FC: VAK called ceasefires to avoid losses (x2), ATAC, updated base before negotiations to include orbital strikes and jet boots for round 3 (To make our base we even easier than it already was and keep SMO status quo unfair)
TGI: Didn't defend/updated base
VOID: Officer pistols
EL: Didn't defend/updated base
UAF: Didn't defend, war ended in cease fire to avoid strong enemy
Not to mention the fact that they have used an unfair fort for years now, who knows who else they may have lost to if not for their fort

VAK are utter garbage and they hide behind technicalities to shield themselves from the fact that without SMO they would be nothing, this was clearly shown when Varcia was used and NFC was actually winning till they switched bases.
