The following is the Official guide for the Special Containment Procedures Foundation as of 12/30/████. This guide includes rules and guidelines, punishments, level descriptions, more information on who we are, applications and division guides.

SECTION A-1: Rules and Guidelines
**The following rules and guidelines are to be followed at all times or any and all punishments listed in section A-2 can and will be taken out on you.**
1) Be respectful to everyone. Not just higher ranks but lower too.
2) Grammar. Grammar is possibly one of the most important things. You are required to use proper grammar and spelling at all times. That means no faces or saying things like "hi administator pls pls pls gimme o5 ill do realy good"
3) No trying to skip ranks. If you are level one, you take the level two application. Two takes three and so on.
4) This one is also important. Please do not spam L-5+. I'm not sure if you knew or not but we do, in fact have lives like you and we can't be reading applications 24/7. Along with that, never, never ask for ranks.
5) No trolling.
6) Follow SCPF Lore.
6) If you are in an enemy organization you will be discovered by the ISD and you will be removed.
7) If your department has uniforms available to you, wear it.
8) Do what your superiors tell you to and use common sense! Obviously, I didn't list everything you shouldn't do. This does not mean that you can't be punished for things not listed.

SECTION A-2: Possible Punishments
**Any of these punishments can and will be used.**
- Demotion.
- **Set to Level One. (Suspension.)**
- Banned.
- Kicked from group.
- **Warnings.**

**SECTION B: Level Description**
The following is a list of all ranks and their purpose in the foundation.
- Class-D: Class-Disposables. The starting position. Tested on.
- Class-E: A misbehaving/abusing Class-D. Subjected to the worst testing.
- Level-0: Essentially a suspended personal. **Where as they are allowed in the site they are auto uniformed, armed with a mop and forbidden from speaking.**
- Level-1: This is the first level you must apply for. Once level-1 you can apply to the Scientific or Security Department.
- Level-2: Second applied for level. At this rank, you may be invited/apply to the Mobile Task Force along with Security and Scientific Departments.
- Level-3: Highest applied for level. At this rank, you can apply/be invited to all departments, now including Internal Security, Intelligence Agency and the Ethics Committee.
- Level-4: This is a handpicked role from the Level-3s. This level has more access to SCPs. They can also be Assistant Directors for the Security and Scientific Department.
- Level-5: This is the highest-level rank and handpicked. This level is the elite of the elite, with a very low amount chosen. They are almost as powerful as an O5 and can become Assistant Directors for all Departments.
- Site Director: The Site Director's one job is emergency protocols. There is a maximum of two Site Directors chosen and they have complete control of everyone except O5-X+ during a large-scale breach or emergency. Handpicked.
- O5 Council: The O5 Council Members are usually Directors of departments and are responsible for all the large choices for the Foundation. Handpicked.
- O5-X: The leader of the O5 Council and the Administrator's main assistant. Handpicked.
- The Administrator: The leader of the Foundation.

**SECTION C: Department Descriptions**
Security Department - The security department is responsible for transporting the Class-D and Class-E along with guarding the gate. Level 1+
Scientific Department - The scientific department is responsible for testing all the SCPs and gaining information. Level 1+
Mobile Task Force - The Mobile Task Force is one of the most important roles and responsible for keeping the SCPs contained and containing them when they get out. Level 2+
Ethics Committee - The Ethics Committee is responsible for reviewing the containment of SCPs and making sure that the SCP's current containment is up to standards. Level 3+
Intelligence Agency - The Intelligence Agency is called upon when something goes wrong, whether it be a rogue personal or exploiters, they are always watching. Level 3+
Internal Security Department - The Internal Security Department is responsible for finding Traitors and Spies and disposing of them. Level 3+

SECTION D: Level Applications
As of 12/30/████ we have implemented an application hub so that we don’t have to worry about #s. You can find the latest version of it in the group games. Department applications will vary.
