Good afternoon, representatives. Today I hope you take into consideration the points I am going to make in my speech. These points will illustrate why I am an extraordinary candidate, if not, the most remarkable candidate to be running for the tough position of Speakership for the State of Rockport.
The points I will illustrate include experience, workaholism, and interest in the people. Hear me out, these points are all valid, and they all say why I am a wonderful choice.
I will start with my experience. In the past I have been the ranks of:
- 5X Representative for Rockport
- 1X Representative for Firestone
- 1X Court Justice for Rockport
- Fmr. Secretary of State for Firestone
- Director of Economic Development for Docklands
- Deputy Secretary of Commerce for Rockport
- Deputy Secretary of State for Rockport
And all of these positions have taught me leadership skills. Court Justice be it hosting a court case, Secretary of State whether it be hosting interviews for future employees, and even orientation for the State Department. These are qualities which make me perfectly qualified to hold this important position.
Workaholism, it is when you are addicted to working, which I can say for myself. I am addicted to working on bills, whether it be with fellow congressman, JonathanTheMuffin or by myself. I am absolutely devoted, and will be devoted to make everything in this term run smoothly.
My final point is interest in the people. Listening to the people, and hearing out the problems in the community, and coming together to solve it. We are a government for the people, and by the people, so as speaker I will listen to all of the people. Representatives, Citizens, anybody. It is my job to work for you in order to make Rockport the already wonderful state it is.
So, those were my three points, I could list plenty more but we would be here all day. I may not have former experience as a Speaker, but I have plenty of experience to hold it for the first time. I will work for you all I can, and I hope I can one day achieve my desire to one day be the Speaker of the Rockport House.
