With infrastructural reformations and technology updates coming in Lortex Security, we've decided to introduce a basic accumulative point system. For every event hosted in Lortex Security, you'll be given Experience based on your performance and how long you attended the event.

[1] Rewarded Experience
Training | 1 Exp every 10 minutes | 3 Exp maximum for extra performance
During a training, a member will be rewarded 1 Exp every 10 minutes if the training program is activated. While you will get Exp regardless of your performance, you can earn up to 3 Exp for extra performance per training!
Defense | 1 Exp every 10 minutes | 3 Exp maximum for extra performance
During a defense, every member in attendance will earn 1 Experience every ten minutes if the host activated the system. Members can also earn up to 3 Experience maximum for extra performance, such as doing good. The person who defuses the bomb will automatically be given 1 Exp during an official raid.
Raid | 3 Exp every raid
Regardless of the raid being successful or unsuccessful, Officers are required to reward you 3 Exp during the raid's debriefing.
Keep in mind that you are able to earn Experience for helping a fellow Lysterian, participating in community events, patrolling, or simply being kind and respectful!

[2] Rank Requirements
Friendly tip: Buying the LS uniform as a Recruit and joining the server is an easy way to get promoted to Private!
Recruit - 1 Exp
Private - 10
PFC - 25 Exp
Corporal - 40 Exp
Sergeant - 80 Exp
Lieutenant - 125 Exp
Captain - 175 Exp
Colonel - 300 Exp & OO Graduation

[3] Experience Commands
For the following commands, you can use multiple prefixes (whichever you prefer);
>get playername
This command will create a message in your chat telling you how much Experience the specified player has. You can use short names, however the user must be in-game!
ex: >get mar, !get mar, :get mar
>reward playername [#]
This command, which only Colonel and above can use, will reward the specified player the specified amount of Experience. Once again, you can use short names but you can also give it to a certain team, others, or all.
ex: >reward all 5, !reward %blue 5, :reward others 5, >reward mar 5

[4] Promotions
Once you get more Experience than the rank above you, you'll be promoted and messaged by our account which handles integrated shouting and messaging, FriendlyLysterian. It's pretty simple; attend events and get automatically promoted for your efforts!
While this system is fairly new, we'll be adding more commands and fixing bugs as we roll out and test this promotion system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if you go below your current rank's amount of Experience?
A: Nothing will happen, except the fact that you'll have to make up for the amount of Experience lost. However; if you continuously misbehave and break the rules, you'll be demoted manually by our Director of Discipline.
Q: Why is it necessary to install a promotion system? It makes being promoted harder!
A: Realistically, before the promotion system was installed, you could easily earn Captain in a week and earn Colonel in maybe a month or so. Not good! If you want rank, earn it!
