This portion of the codex regards the proper use of admin, and when it is deemable “abuse” as well as when it constitutes punishment.
During raids, admin is not allowed to be used unless it is done for the following reasons:
Refreshing to repair a broken tool (Only out of combat)
Spectating without interrupting the fairness of the raid
Using :m to announce the beginning of a raid
All other commands, if used in a raid, will result in punishment. (Unless specifically told it’s ok by the Emperor himself.)
Outside of raids, you are allowed to do the following:
Teleport group members to yourself or others in order to engage in non-hostile action (So teleporting in reinforcements would be punishable.)
:m is allowed to be used as long as not done in an obnoxious way
Healing is permitted, as long as it does not affect the fairness of a fight against a hostile. Also, healing mid-duel with a group member will result in punishment
:god is permitted as long as no hostile action is taken by the one who has been godded.
:give can be used to give people their rank appropriate weaponry.
Above all, just use common sense. Do not do anything that might interfere with the fair, balanced environment. Anyone caught breaking these guidelines will result in anywhere from a warning to a demotion, depending on the severity of the offense.
