Good morning and Happy New Year,
My name is Fortuna Q. Proficio, and I have a division suggestion that I believe is vitally needed in Nakoria and will furthermore create a better group atmosphere for our community.
My proposition is to create a division of the main group similar to Crimson Squad by the name of "Augendae Squad". If you are familiar with Latin, you may instantly recognize the meaning of "augendae", but, in case you are not, it has two meanings that I believe are a necessity for our group; The first meaning of "Augendae" is it's simple meaning: to zoom in, like a sniper. However, it is also short for the phrase "augendae tamen multitudini" meaning "Enhance the community" and that is exactly what Augendae Squad will do for our community.
If you couldn't already tell by my dead giveaway from the word "sniper", Augendae Squad will be just that: a support team scattered in teams of two to three throughout the map covering our allies and fellow countrymen with our weapons. Each team will be given a call-sign with a rendezvous and a leader reporting to the head of operations prior to the raid; furthermore, because a team leader will be required, it will not only be a friendly competition for the position every raid/defense but also a reason to attend trainings and remain active in the group.
However, as of the first of January at 10:32 AM, I am only at the rank "Recon" and therefore am ineligible of being the head of operations for the division; therefore, I would like to leave the position open for any HR who'd be willing to lead it and decide the team leaders for each raid as long as I'd be granted acceptance to the group.
In conclusion, although it is ultimately your choice, I feel as if Augendae Squad would be an essential piece to annihilating any enemy standing in our way and that anyone willing to lead the division and chose the team leaders should do so in that we may show ROBLOXia what we can do.
