Promotions aren't easy to earn. Hard work, dedication and commitment is required to gain promotions.
If you are a -[Sales Consultant]-, to earn a promotion to -[Senior Sales Consultant]-, 3-4 weeks of dedication, and commitment is required. If you gain 15,000 Worker points 3-4 weeks in a row, then attend a training. Once you have passed your training, the HR who is hosting can promote you there and then.
To gain a promotion as -[Senior Sales Consultant]- to -[Clothes Specialist]-, you will have to complete 5-6 weeks of success, with gaining points. Also, you have to increase your point gain to 16.5k due to your awesomeness. Once you have completed that, PM one of us, then we can host a Private Training. #### ####### training consists of die hard experience. You will be trained by one of our most experienced and tough trainers. Clothes specialists' know ALL of the clothes' design, style, button layout, pockets, shading affects, type, preference, of BOTH genders. Reaching this rank means you are an absolute clothing and fashion freak, and you're awesome. |
