How your decisions as Vice Chancellor could affect TGCM: It could affect it by making it more skilled, advanced, more trained, more divisons. So people will not have to worry about choosing a divison, I would make more rules for Higher ranks and The Galactic Clone Military, it would affect it by making The Galactic Clone Military better,
so others will be looking forward to enlist into The Galactic Clone Military. I would make the lower ranks have some power at least, the higher ranks will have power too. The Academy for the cadets could possibly be changed a bit, HRs should give them 4 warnings if they are being disrespectful, etc.
