═────╡The Zellium Empire Guidelines╞────═ ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Table of Contents╞────═ 1 – Introduction 2 – Basic Rules 3 – Training Rules 4 – Promotion Guide 5 – Shout Tags 6 – Divisions ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Introduction╞────═ The Zellium Empire (Initialized as TZE) is a reviving Sword fighting group currently. The Zellium Empire was originally created by Zelvios, but got handed down to a few, now the ownership lies in dimitrithehappy. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Basic Rules╞────═ These are the rules that all members of The Zellium Empire should follow when on duty. Anybody caught breaking these rules will be swiftly dealt with dependent on the severity of their offense. This includes any high ranks, nobody is above the law. If any of these rules are broken, please record the violation and speak to the High Command of the group about the issue. It is your duty, as a part The Zellium Empire (regardless of rank), to report any and all abuse to the appropriate authorities. 1) Treat your comrades with respect, regardless of rank. Disrespect towards anybody will not be tolerated. If an enemy or comrade disrespects you that does not mean you can disrespect them back. If disrespect occurs, report it to a high rank. 2) No flaming whatsoever. This includes all TZE related events. If something happens between TZE members in a game, we expect it to remain in that game, unless it is very severe, as we do not wish to have our members soiling our reputation. 3) Remain mature while on duty. We don’t want to ban fun but we must remain professional. This means not excessively using profane words, not acting inappropriate talking of inappropriate subjects. 4) Adequate grammar and punctuation should be maintained while on duty. We must present ourselves well, including in the manner of speech. 5) Always wear full uniform while on duty. The official uniform is available in the group store. Packages are prohibited, if you cannot afford the uniform, you will be chard into one, or a HR/HC will shirt ID you. 6) Obey the orders of high ranks the first time without argument. If an order a high rank gives is completely ludicrous, report this to the High Command of the group. (HC) 7) Refer to any high rank as Sir or Ma’am, dependant on preference. 8) Always speak in team chat at raids and defenses. We must appear silent to the enemy. 9) No group/game advertising or recruiting, even for unofficial divisions. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Training Rules╞────═ 1) When in the lobby, line up shoulder to shoulder (STS). Fill the front lines first right to left, without touching each other. Do not leave large gaps in between each other. 2) If the host orders silence, you must remain silent unless given permission to speak using “PTS” (Permission To Speak). 3) If you have something important to say or you have an important question to ask, say “PTS?”. If the host grants you PTS, say your question and the host will answer it. However if the host denies it, do not say anything. 4) If the host gives you an order, do it first time without causing an argument. If the order is unreasonable and you don’t know what it means, ask the host if you are to follow that order, the host may correct themselves. However, if you still believe that the command is unreasonable or abusive, report it to a High Command of the group. (HC) 5) Never beg for promotions. Promotions are for based on your experience, if you do this it can possible result in a demotion/suspension. 6) Immaturity should be kept to a minimum. We don’t want to ban fun, but if you do be immature a lot, the host has every right to remove you from their training. 7) Refer to any High Rank or Officer as “Sir” or “Ma’am” depending on their gender. 8) Flaming, spamming, arguing, complaining and taunting is prohibited. Disobeying the rules will result in you receiving an appropriate punishment. Repeatedly disobeying the rules could lead to you being removed from the training. **These rules apply to everybody, including every High Rank. No one is above the rules. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Promotion Guide╞────═ Promotions are based on the amount of hard work and dedication, and skill you have accumulated as a member of The Zellium Empire.
