Power and skill in this Naruto Roleplay will be measured by "SL" which means skill level. Train every hour to increase this by 1.01x per hour you train.
To do weighted training, you must have a Skill Level of at least 15, and get weights from an academy Instructor or your Team leader Jounin. You can train with weights once a day.
The max amount of times you can do any kind of training a day is 4, meaning four hours to prevent powergamers and "lolsurpassing" Kages in the first day.
Mentor training requires a Jounin to teach and train someone for an hour, resulting in a boost of 1.1x.
