MatthewLSawyer's Senate Manifesto

Good morning/evening to those reading this now! I am MatthewLSawyer, and I am officially running for re-election for my United States Senate Seat of Colorado. Before I go in-depth on what I plan to do, I'd like to introduce myself a little bit, so you guys know what you’re working with.
I joined Roblox around November 2010 I believe, so I am relatively considered old on Roblox. I spent around six months not understanding what was going on. However, as my time progressed I joined the United States Military, then owned by GMF and made my way up the ranks until leaving around the time of NUSA took over as I was fed up that such incompetent people would be allowed to do this. From here I switched from war-clan to war-clan before I finally landed in a USA. It was there that I found my passion on Roblox, which was politics. I became Vice President and never stopped doing what I love best on here. I'm a five-time Senator and one time Representative. I've been Secretary of State twice, all seen widely successful by my peers EdwardLSpencer, JRTart, 189Pencil, and so on. I have been President twice too, but to be honest, I hate that job. It corrupts you like nothing else and makes people think that just because you're President, they can ask for or do anything they want.
I apologize if I got a little arrogant in that last passage. I do try and be humble, but I also recognize that value of my past work.
Alright. You've read my background, and are probably ready to go to sleep. Here's what you came to this forum for. What would I do as Senator? Before I unveil my plans, let me give everything to you plain and simple. Politicians these days lie, they cheat, they do whatever it takes to get elected. That's not me. I believe in being honest and fair to all as much as possible, however it's not always possible. Some of you may not like this, but I cannot, and I will not in good conscience make any campaign promises. Why? Because I don't want you guys to be disappointed when I realize what I said I'd do is impossible. Remember student council elections back in elementary school? Remember how just about all the candidates promised extra recess? Remember how many that happening? Neither do I. You know they say they’ll do it, but it'll never happen...
Therefore, I will not make any promises as to what I will do as President. I will make one promise, and one promise only. It will not be a promise of what I will do, it will be a promise of what I will be.
I promise that I will be loyal to the citizens of this great country, that I will put them first before myself. I promise I will be faithful. When I say, I will do something, it will be done, unless it presents severe consequences, or is physically impossible. And finally, I promise I will be true. As I said, I cannot, and will not lie. It is against morals and personal ethics. For me, I'm worried about progressing our Senate in a way that works for everyone, and not just for a job, of which one of my opponents has said he joined the House of Representatives for. If I happen to not win tomorrow, I will move on and congratulate everyone running and offer my advice wherever I can, because if they succeed, we all succeed.
This is my promise to you, and I swear, I will honor it.
Now, working in bipartisan manner in the Senate, I have helped to pass and re-write in committee's the Military Command Tenure Act, Judiciary Reform Act, and the Establishment of New York Act which is currently waiting for the President's signature. In the Senate, if you vote for me, I will work for you, and with that I expect that any ideas you have or want to see debated and possibly passed, sent to me, your Senator, to be brought to Senate committee's and the Senate Floor.
