Yes, technically.
We had an unbreakable spawn trap and a very powerful cart defense, and the cart was at ~90%, when a V O I D member disconnected which made the raid unofficial.
Once it goes unofficial, the cart can't be moved, and if it goes official again, it respawns both teams.

this reaction to V O I D losing (or not losing, I don't even know at this point) is what has created an environment where it clans feel it is necessary to make their base so unfair it almost becomes unbeatable.
