Hello, it is with after long thought and consideration that we decided to run for Governor and Lieutenant Governor of Firestone. We initially didn’t plan on running, but after seeing the many issues our state faces today, we just could not stand on the sidelines. The last week for Firestone has been filled with much drama and horrific actions. It is something that we could not bear and do not want Firestone to go through again. It is now time to head into the future, not go back to the past, let’s come together and build a bright new future for Firestone. About QuickHead555 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ QuickHead555 has spent his whole political career in Firestone doing his best to follow the citizens. From the beginning of his first term as County Executive, he’s proposed and signed legislation which gave citizens a voice and limited the size of the Stapleton Government. He proposed the Referendum Act which lets citizens vote on the issues after approval from council. Then he reinstated Mayors after the previous County Executive rigged the referendum to remove them. He stood up against Governor Kolibob after Kolibob started to violate the rights of the citizens. About Ash1835 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Ash1835 has been a hard working Councilman and will fight tooth and claw on what is right for the citizens of the State of Firestone. He has made the most bills within the County Government as a Councilman. Many of those bills have improved and helped the lives of citizens in the county. He has kept almost all his promises and if some of his promises didn’t go through, he tried his best to compromise in order to pass it. Business ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Nowadays, there are almost no businesses in Firestone. Under the last 3 governors, we have not seen any growth of private jobs and businesses. All we have seen from our current governor is the expansion of government programs and agencies. This just shows the only experience he has implementing jobs is by using the government. But I know how to get businesses open, I am a businessman. I will work closely with the Department of Commerce to help get home-grown businesses as well as other businesses elsewhere into Firestone. Along with that, I will also contact businesses that are outside of Firestone and have talks with them about opening shops in our great state. Foreign Policy ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Our foreign policy plan for Firestone simple, Firestone First. We must ensure that we fix the problems of our state before we focus on diplomacy with other Ro-States. There are just too many issues in Firestone right now to focus on relations with anybody on the outside. Though when it is time to focus on diplomacy with other states, they must have the same standards as our state. You can trust me when I say that we will not have relations with Rockport or Docklands. Our view on Guns ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ As you know since our first Governor LaffyDecious was in office we have not focused on any gun control. We will keep most of the gun control laws but make it so that the County Government has control more over it and any gun control bills made by the state will be kept unless voted to be repealed. In our administration we will make a new gun control bill that will still contain many bits and pieces of older gun control legislation. Along with that, we will ensure that citizens will not be able to get access to military grade, or automatic weapons. Public Works & Transportation ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ With all this talk about another way for transportation in Firestone there must be an affordable way for all citizens. I get there is bikes in the county but you can not use them on the highway or at night. Our plan is to talk with Department of Transportation to open up applications and to train the new employees. We also need to talk to developers to implement the buses into Firestone. A possible small fee to ride the bus will possibly be a thing. Bus routes and fees will be decided by the Department of Transportation. Cabinet ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Cabinet is very important and we have to make sure we choose the right people for the job. In our administration we will completely reshuffle our cabinet. Exception of a few well performing cabinet secretaries. For example, we will not replace Rolerain, he is a really effective secretary, and there would be no point in firing him. We need to make sure our cabinet members are doing something productive on a regular basis. We will also host sessions with the current cabinet members and they will be telling us what they have done that was productive. Supreme Court ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ If there is an opening in the Supreme Court of Firestone, I promise I will nominate somebody who is qualified for the job. I will not nominate somebody because they are either conservative or liberal, I am going to nominate someone who actually respects the law and will not bend it for their own needs. It is time we must end partisan politics and actually work for the people. Let’s stop focusing on ideology, but instead focusing on what's best for the citizens, not the government. Conclusion ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ You may be wondering, ‘Why should we vote for you guys?”, well here is our answer to that. We will be the governor for everyone, and we will fight for you. We will fight for every single single right of yours, and more importantly, these aren’t just words. We’ve actually have a track record of passing legislation which protect the rights of citizens and give them a voice. That is something we will continue when we are your governors.
