Firestone Event Staff | Rules and Regulations Handbook (as of January 3rd, 2017) As a precaution to regulate the amount of abuse and dysfunction of Firestone Event Staff, we've prepared a Rules and Regulations Handbook. Henceforth, any individual who fails to adhere to this handbook will be disciplined accordingly. Nevertheless, this handbook may be revised at any time we ask you to use "common-sense" during all events held at the Firestone Meeting Complex. SECTION I: EVENT STAFF DRESS CODE (a) No individual above the rank of an applicant is authorized to wear "t-shirts" when wearing their division polo. (b) No individual is authorized to wear any other division's polo rather than the division in which they are a part of. (c) All individuals are to wear the official polos and pant#####F##estone Event Staff located in the group store. (d) Any individual that wears the Supervisor's polo without being ranked Supervisor+ within the group will be blacklisted. (e) You may not wear your uniform outside our places of operations. Our places of operations can be found in our group description. SECTION II: ADMINISTRATIVE & MANAGING RANKS (a) Founder - the founder of Firestone Event Staff (FedoraMasterB98); has the authority to select the Coordinator. (b) Coordinator - the highest rank below the Founder; has the authority to select the Assistant Coordinator and below; reports to the Founder. (c) Assistant Coordinator - the assistant to the Coordinator; assists in hiring and training of supervisors; reports to the Coordinator. (d) Supervisor - trains all ranks inferior to him/her; assists the Assistant Coordinator+; reports to all superiors. SECTION III: RESPAWN & KICK POWER RESPONSIBILITY (a) Event Security, you’ve been trusted with the ability to respawn and/or kick unruly individuals, however, with great power comes great responsibility. Moreover, you are allowed to RESPAWN as many people that are out of order, however, you make only kick two (2) people during the event in order to regulate abusive power. (b) If you abuse your power to respawn and kick, you’ll be kicked and blacklisted from the group without the ability to reapply again. This is only to keep order between the attendees and Event Staff to ensure our image to the attendees is always breathtaking. (c) In conclusion, you must always log (report it to your superiors) the people you respawn and kick; if you don’t, you will be removed from your position. SECTION IV: TRYOUTS AND TRAININGS (a) During any tryout session, you will be told to wear the Event Staff polo, upon successful training we will then allow you to choose a division you would like to work in. However, there will be no constant hopping from different divisions, if caught, you may be blacklisted. (b) Tryouts shall only be held by Supervisors+, there shall be no individual under the rank of Supervisor attempting to host a tryout for any division, if caught, you may be blacklisted. (c) During any training session, you will be told to wear your division polo. You’re not allowed to wear any other division’s polo unless approved by the Assistant Coordinator+ or you will be blacklisted. (d) Trainings will only be held by Assistant Coordinator+! This is to ensure division is on the right page and informed about any changes to our policies. SECTION V: REGULAR & EMERGENCY MEETINGS (a) Regular Meetings may be held in order to inform anyone of any recent changes and are only to be called by the Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator of Firestone Event Staff. Everyone employed by Firestone Event Staff is required and expected to attend, your attendance will be logged into our system. (b) An Emergency Meeting may be held during major events that will affect the way Firestone Event Staff will work in the present or future. Everyone is required and expected to attend and remain silent throughout the meeting.
