All General Managers or higher are REQUIRED to have a Trello account to host interviews and trainings. You may only host through the Trello board. If you can not get a Trello account for an reasons, speak to an SR.
Admin: You will receive permanent admin(PA or admin), and now have permission to kick/ban anyone.
