Drive: Simple, just drive the car. List of ranks who can give this order: any rank but Thug.
Kill [Put the name of the target here]: Kill a person, you might get a small pay. List of ranks who can give this order: Assassin, Head Of Thugs and Kingpin. They can only give this order to the Hitman.
