Taking someone to court is what you do if you feel someone has treated you unfairly, or if you figure someone leading a division is abusing his/her powers. (This includes all sorts of abuse of power)
Anyone taking someone to court can have a prosecutor if they so desire too, but it is not a requirement. A defender has the right to have a Solicitor.
If you are taking someone to court, you must have legitimate evidence, and the evidence must clearly show what the defender has done
To take someone to court you need to message a Judge, or Supreme Judge with the following template:
(Suing someone)
Who are you taking to Court?
Do you have evidence that support your cause?
What are your reason for taking this person to Court?
If a Judge approves your case, you will be given a time and a place, which the Court will take place. If fail to attend to the time given, your case will be rescheduled. If you fail to show up three times, the case will be dropped.
