We want our staff to be mature people and great designers. But we also want them to follow some of the rules that we have for the staff and here are the rules staff MUST do. 1. Do not ask for a promotion, That will decline your chances of getting one. 2. If you have a question do not annoy HR's about them, Just messed them once and they will hopefully answer you as soon as possible. 3. If you are a designer you may not send inappropriate clothing in. 4. If you are a MR and receive admin, you may not abuse it. If you are found abusing it you will be instantly fired and will have to restart your career he at Crackel. 5. You are encourage to wear nice clothing when at meetings, it shows the HR's that you are want to be promoted and you want to be in this group and working here. 6. All HR's have to attend meetings and if in the shout it says all staff must attend then all staff must attend, but that will rarely happen. It is fine if you miss a couple, we know you have other things. If you are going to be absent for a meeting message a HR. 7. If you decide to be a designer you have to make at least 1 piece of clothing every week, so that we know you are active. 8. Always use grammar! 9. The only way you get a rank of a Vice-President, President or Co-Owner is if the owner Ahoch8 messages you if you would like one of those positions or if you work your way up and we thing you really deserve it.
