"cringiest" isn't a word; I think you mean "cringeworthiest". Additionally, only one form of superlative is necessary, so it should be either "most cringeworthy" or "cringeworthiest, though I personally advise going for the former of the two options.

It is correct that the dictionary doesn't recognize "cringeworthiest" as a word (which is why I recommended "most cringeworthy"), but it is the correct grammatical extension of the word "cringeworthy" which is the adjective form of "cringe".
