If I remember correctly, lifetime OBC was what, $350? (Don't quote me on that) If it's $20 a month under normal circumstances, after sixteen months (Or rather, a year and a half, more or less) of it, you essentially get free OBC for all of eternity. Thus, considering people typically play Roblox for a LONG time, it's a draw on Roblox's bottom line. It's not coming back, because it takes too long for people to stop playing Roblox.
But, don't quote me on this. This is all banking on a number I have only based on my memory of it.

I don't see how anyone would want to stay on ROBLOX for more than 5 years of actively gaming, so $130/year * 5 years = $650 price for lifetime OBC = profit for ROBLOX because lifetime OBCers pay for more than what they actually get. |
