The account should not be terminated or banned, you just delete what they made, also you need to fix the hair thing, I'd like to wear two hair at the same time

Yes! Why teach them a lesson when you can just delete the thing and allow them to re-post it again (Sarcasm) No support

Any previously blocked asset is automatically blocked again if re-uploaded. But still, this is a bad idea.

What if you made a new account and tried uploading it again?

Honestly they should base it off of whether or not it seemed like an innocent mistake. If you upload a picture of your favorite band and fail to notice one of the members making an obscene gesture, you shouldn't be terminated for that, it's obvious you didn't do it on purpose. If you're blatantly uploading adult content though, you deserve to be terminated because you know what you're doing is wrong. The intention should matter a lot more than the action.
