People have this misconception that we simply don't allow regular members to defend, this simple isn't true.
On our discord we have a Borealis and a Celeste notifier than lets us know every time someones raiding. Only the warfare committee, FoL, and high ranks can see this for obvious reasons (for you people that are a little slow, it's because we have a TON of people on our discord and we don't want the complete randoms defending).
FoL are just the first people to join the server thats why they're always defending, whether you believe that or not it's the truth.

No one in RAT is against letting lower ranking members defend (we even have an entire division dedicated to teaching low ranks to defend/raid/train) the problem is most of the time we get raided it's by groups like VAK/CSP/FoA. People will be quick (as shown on this thread) to insult RAT on anything they possibly can even if it means being disgustingly ignorant. |

I want to say its elitism on a lesser level. Dmoney has a point that they wouldn't let anyone have a chance to defend besides FoL, but to an extent the better members have the first entry to the server.
Honestly it's w/e. If you raid RAT, expect FoL members. |

You don't know how long RAT has been wanting to war someone that RAT as a whole can partake in, FEAR was an option and it would've been something fun for everyone, but sadly they didn't want to war us.
And if we warred any other group, like SC, FoA, SURGE, anyone really, we all know that it's going to be an 'elitist' war, even with SC, when you have people like Mikenize on the other side who'd do anything to beat RAT (since he has yet to), it's going to be hard to get a base where we don't need people on TS3, or we don't need to be selective at rallies.
Even bases like Borealis and Briscald are elitist, whether you change up the numbers or not (and we know the numbers are always going to be around 8v14, 10v15, etc)

I just remember when I was in RAT during the TCC war. There was probably only one raid/defense in which regular members were allowed to participate.
That was a dumb war which wasn't fun for most of RAT. I hope you make SC vs RAT different.
