Ban appeal format which can sent to myself or any other TRC HC Who will then add the appeal onto the TRC/Rockport control sight where it will be voted upon. If the appeal doesn't reach 4 Votes with in 72 you're ban will stay. This is only a temporary fix due to the place being down since spookypls (MistyRawr) retired from head dev.
