If this bill passes:
All business owners that request a team, have a team, or hope to have a team must
1) Have the owner or a representative (City Council members can be considered reps) make the bill to request the team
2) Make audit logs public so that those who are not in the group can also see the audit log.
2.1) City Council is allowed to give some businesses the ability to withhold the public audit log requirement if a bill passes with a 2/3rds or better majority ayeing.
3) Agree to the "right" to appeal any accusation of their business being inactive, corrupt, or against the previous rules. Failure to take advantage of their appeal time or if the council, or a councilmen, still believes that the business should be punished, then the council can vote for their punishment if a bill is presented for their the punishment.
3.1) All business punishment related bills MUST be handmade by a member of LV City Council and must present evidence for their argument, or accusation.
3.2) "Punishment" refers to their team being removed from LV or their team request being failed.

Addition: If this bill passes, all current businesses owners with a team, and team-requesting business owners will have to sign this contract within 2 weeks of this bill being approved.
I, [Name of Owner], owner of [Name of business(es)], agree that I shall keep my business(es) active, and as uncorrupt as possible. I agree that I will take advantage of my city-given right to appeal any vote on punishment that is against my business(es) and I understand that if I fail to give an unsatisfactory appeal, or no appeal at all, that my business(es) may be punished by the city by having it's team be removed from LV, or it's team request be removed.

Corrupt actions? It's there business. They can fire/demote anyone the want to, also this is UN-fair due to the fact that the DoCAL must make this action as there business I registered under it, therefore the DoCAL should sign this. -6035healy sorry I'm on my alt xd |

The issue is with group space, and it could be seen as us just trying to have more power over private corps.

Well, the business is ran under DoCAL which is a federal executive branch, they should be incharge of this, this is there country and they make the laws of businesses this must be enforced by DoCAL. They are a federal executive department meaning they have more power then a city they are federal meaning country wide and executive meaning the executive branch's department. You have no right over this matter. |

Let me put it into simple terms.
We decide what businesses have a spot in our city. If they don't like being transparent when we asked them to for the sake of lowering corruption, then we won't accept them into our city property. DoC&L doesn't manage what businesses we give our land to. If DOC&L feels as though this bill is hurting how they, or the businesses work, then they have all the right to contact us. No one from DoC&L has contacted us yet, so until they do so, it's not in their hands what happens to this bill.
If this bill passes, then it allows us to keep the businesses that run in our city transparent, which gives them a motivation to reduce, or avoid corruption.
If this bill fails, then it only allows businesses to be used in a corrupt way without any way for us to detect and get rid of it.
If your argument is "this isn't the city's job", then you are mistaken because it is our job to decide which businesses can have a part of land and a team in our city, and which can't. The federal government has little control over that.
If your argument is "It's their business. They don't need to show you their audit log", then the proper counter argument is that it is our city and we don't need to give you a team if you fail to do such a simple thing.

Just a reminder, @Youtube910, you can always make a bill for City Council to request that BoA's audit logs don't need to be made public. I'll happily aye because I know that you put hard work and money into it.
