Your goal as Air Traffic Control is to tell the ground crew when to start bringing the plane to the taxi way. Your goal is also to tell pilots when to take flight. Be aware you won't be able to go on the flight if you are in the tower. Many people rely on you to keep them safe at the airport so nothing bad happens like plane collisions.
