Step 1. Stay there for about two weeks and participate in matches. Step 2. Earn yourself an N1C to any NGES Title. Step 3. Win an NGES Championship and hold it for 20 Days. Step 4. Ask me if you want to move up once all the requirement's are met or want to stay in NGES.
