INTRODUCTION:
Hello, I am Spydar15, running for Chief of PPD. For these people who don't know me well, I'll give you a bit about myself. I saw an ad for this group, and I joined. When I saw Fred was hiring HR's, I applied and Got Superintendent. I was overjoyed. We did hit many problems over the past 3-4 months, but as a team, PPD worked together, and we got through every obstacle. PPD was really going great until we reached 1,200 members. At that point, we got complaints about PPD, Fred started Free Ranking a bit, People got suspended more than usual, people weren't active, exploiters, many problems arose. Even today, we're facing the littlest of problems, we can't solve as a team, and when I try fixing it and talk a bit about Fred, I get suspended. Lastly, I'd like to say most of the HR's, had me in their lives. I have trained many, and got them to HR, or helped them get to HR, such as Williamj456, PumaTheDestroyer, Unit90Andrew, xXblackbear113Xx, and AwesomeBoyAlex123. Some others, have sadly retired.
What I'd like to say, if you vote for me, you'll consider me family, you'll consider me as a great chief working with all of you, and lastly, I hope I can make anyone's wish come true for PPD.

What I will do: I have many plans/reforms for PPD. First, I will choose a Deputy Chief, more active than me (Or active as me), that I can trust. I have a few in my mind. Next, I will remove all the HR's, that are immature, have no grammar, inactive, have an attitude, no respect for High Ranks, and most importantly, if the trainees have a major opinion about them. I will also include an amount of training the HR has to host at least [NUMBER] of times a week, which I already have. Similarly, I will add an amount HR's have to promote every training. I will take everybody's suggestion about PPD, and think about it. And a very important thing, I will stop AA'ing. I know that I have AA'ed, but I haven't disturbed anyone in a way. But I'm going to stop that from now on. I have many more changes, some people know that I've benefited everyone, but I can't anymore because Fred is not letting me. This is why I'm running for Chief. I hope I have your vote. :)

CONCLUSION:
I have one last thing to say. Forget DPD! Forget Remmington City Police Department! Forget NYPD! Forget ##### This is PPD! All of these groups are corrupt, and they have some major issue going on. Vote for me as Chief, and I'll do anything just to solve this problem! Again, I hope I get your vote. Let's have a bigger and better PPD!
