|Promotions
If you want to be a successful member, you need to get promotions. There is no rank skipping unless otherwise said so by the council, alpha, or beta. You can earn promotions at almost all FF events. Most promotions will come at trainings, but they can also be obtained through raids and defenses. When you become an M, you can tryout for a spot in Frost Federacy| Elites. If you make it, high ranked members will see you as a potential H. Once you become an Officer, you will be tested by other HRs. If they like you, you will be promoted.
|Demotions
It is fairly easy to earn in demotion here at Frost Federacy. Certain things like exploiting and spamming are ways to get demoted. If you are caught being a problem to FF, you will be warned. If you continue being a problem then you will be demoted. If this continues, you will be demoted a second time, and if you still continue you will be exiled. If you are an H, you will be demoted if you admin abuse, aren't active, and are disrespectful. If another member is being a problem, message an HC with proof.
