Do rules 1 by 1. DO NOT do them all together and make them all scrambled. It is easier if you do it 1 rule by 1.
R1: Respect all people around you. This includes MRs, HRs, your fellow workers and customers. Disrespect is not tolerated here at Confetti Cookie Bakery. If you are caught being disrespectful, depending how major it is, consequences will happen.
R2: Stay seated at ALL times. Why do we need to be seated? You need to be seated so confusion does not happen and so everything is organized. You may only get up if a MR or HR gives you permission to.
R3: Obey all MRs and HRs. They are a higher rank than you. We aren't trying to be bossy or anything, but you must respect higher and lower ranks than you.
R4: Although there isn't a specific time limit to answer each questions, we expect you to answer them as quickly as you can. If it takes you about a minute to answer a question, you will get a strike. You will have 3 strikes for taking too long. Yes, I know I said there isn't a specific time limit but it does not take you that long to answer a question. If you reach 3 strikes, you will fail. We want fast bakers!
R5: If you have failed, please do not cause drama or argue with your Interviewer. You can always try next session!
