Note: This suggestion has not been created by me, however, I can't find the original poster and this idea is good, so I will show S&I this suggestion again
It gets annoying whenever a new user posts something like this in the group wall:
"Pay me so I can buy the group uniform".
It's also annoying for the user that is requesting for R$ so they can get the uniform because sometimes the uniform is mandatory.
Another reason is the fact that I doubt the person that can't get the uniform will become a high rank because it'll be weird if a high ranking member has no uniform.
The solution is to make the group uniform free.
A maximum of 2 shirts and 2 pants will be free (There are 2 genders).
However, you can only get the uniforms available for free if you join the group. If you leave the group with the uniform, the uniform will disappear from your inventory.

No support. Roblox must approve this first before they add it in the groups. I think it is the economy that do not want players to make clithing free. There is a price for a reason, so it would be fair to players.

Of course ROBLOX has to approve of this idea first before they add it. The same goes for every other suggestion.
Why would it be fair if there's a price.
One doesn't have the money or don't want to spend it
The other has too much or have the money to pay for it

That prevents users from abusing the item there. They add a price for a reason. Groups would have set their clothing to free, the minimum of the cost for the clothing is just 5 robux. If there is no price, no more people will buy it using their currency.

Like I have said, there are already a lot of great ways to earn robux now. They have adjusted the currency system and also the catalog to make it more useful. I know that kids do not want to buy BC or robux for their safety, their parents do not want to buy those purchases. I have been NBC for 3 3/4 years (turning 4 this April).

Yet there are many ways to earn R$, I have earned 0 R$ except from BC and selling limiteds with BC.

I can't script
Not good at building
I can do math
I can play
I can use free models and combine them with my building to make a game someone would join and say something like this: "It looks nice".
Besides, it doesn't matter how long you have been NBC (I have been NBC longer)
It matters if you have started the game as an NBC after the TIX removal (In which was the only way most players could earn their only salary with, even if it wasn't so much).
I was a NBC when there was TIX, and I spent it on a shirt and a pants. Even though I have less than what I had before, I wasn't afraid of using it all up because I was not afraid to use it.
Every other thing you mentioned connects to this arguement.
