On this Saturday, January 8th of the year 2016, I hereby using the power entrusted in me by His Majesty King James I hereby dissolve the Parliament of Canada in order to begin the 16th Canadian Federal Elections.

[ELECTIONS DETAILS]
The 16th Canadian Federal Elections shall span five(5) days. The dates listed below should be remembered.
Sunday, January 8th, 2016 to Sunday, January 8th, 2016 @ 11:59PM - Party Registration
Monday, January 9th, 2016 to Wednesday, January 11th, 2016 @ 11:59 PM - Campaigning
Thursday, January 12th, 2016 @ 12:00AM - 11:59PM - Voting

[REGISTRATION]
Registration will be done through the elections account "HMElections". It is asked when you inbox the account party registration details you provide the following.
-Party name (In full, NO abbreviations)
-Party leader
-Confirmation that your party is able to fill all seats it wins
-Party agenda (What your party plans to accomplish if elected)
[INDEPENDENT MP REGISTRATION]
Citizens who wish to run for the office of Member of Parliament may do so by messaging the following to "HMElections":
-Username
-Plans for their time in office
-Promise to be active
It should also be noted that candidates MUST be in their respective party group and/or in the Elections Canada group by the end of Registration Day. Failing to do so will have your candidacy voided. If you cannot join either of the groups before the end of Registration Day, contact HMElections and fill our an extension form which can be found in the Elections Canada group description.

[CAMPAIGN RULES]
Please be aware that there are some restrictions on where you may campaign and how often. Be sure to take the time to read over the following rules.
-Campaigning within 50 studs of any government building is PROHIBITED and punishable by a maximum fine of $500
-Campaigning on any group wall besides the main group is PROHIBITED
-A party may not post more than three campaign ads on the main group wall per day or one campaign ad per page on the main group wall
-Offering any positions within the party in exchange for votes is PROHIBITED
-Asking for members of outside groups within Canada to immigrate to boost your supporters and votes is PROHIBITED and punishable by disqualification

[VOTING]
On the day of voting, a designated polling station will be set up. To vote, you must simply enter the game, and follow the instructions provided in-game. Voters may cast a maximum of one(1) vote, and may not vote on alternate accounts.
