[1] TRAINEE
If you do well at your interview, you will be awarded the trainee rank. You are allowed to help supervise people at classes. Class hosts can put words in for you to help you get promoted. If things aren't going your way you can attend the next tryout session where you will coach a new supporter who is going for tryouter.
[2] COACH
Well done, you are now a coach. You can host classes and practises. You are allowed to do safe-chat and age checks on players before they go into interviews. Now that you can host classes you have to be noticed by a supervisor or this is your last chance to be promoted by the tryout centre.
[3] INTERVIEWER
Great! You're now an interviewer! You can host or co-host classes and practises. You are allowed to do interview checks. You are also allowed to start interviewing players before they become trainees. You will be sent a PM with more help once you get promoted to this rank. To be promoted you must be noticed by a supervisor or attend special sessions which will be in the PM.
[4] TEACHER
Wow, you've made it far. You can now do everything below. Host classes and practises, do interview checks, interview players and co-host tryout sessions. This is the last step to being promoted to supervisor which means you are still permitted to attend the special sessions or be noticed by supervisors.
[5] SUPERVISOR
This is about as far as it goes. You can; host interview sessions, host tryout sessions, host classes and practises. You can review soloists, duets, trios and small groups. You can kick players from the game. Host your own classes away from the set times. Report good people below you who are doing an excellent job at their work. You can promote trainees and coach-in-training. Congratulations!
