2. This guide will explain the description of every rank and the duties/powers for that rank. You must learn this and abide by the powers you are given.

2.A - SUSPENDED: Anyone who has broken a rule (3 strikes). They are not allowed to operate in missions and must stay out of HQ.
2.B - AGENT: Passed Tryouts/Application. They are not allowed to go on the CIA Team in D.C. Until they have gone through an SA (Senior Agent) Training with a HR and pass it. They are also to not operate in missions. We have this rank to give new agents what it is like to be in CIA.
2.C - SENIOR AGENT: Passed SA Training and is now an official agent of the CIA. From this rank and on you are allowed to be on the CIA D.C Team. Agent's will be assigned missions as soon as possible.
2.D - SPECIAL AGENT: This rank is only given to Special people for Special Operations.
2.E - CHIEF OF STAFF: CoS (Chief of Staff) is in-charge of all operations. This person oversee's on how all ranks below are doing on their missions and can make adjustments in the Operations. For the CoO to create an operation, they must get approval from the D/DD of CIA. All mission Intel is to be sent to this rank or D/DD.
