Team Delta Extreme [TDE] Run for first in command

Introduction:
The decision of replacement of our current 1ic, Empress HttpAlly, was concluded with a meeting held at 1/7/2017. The Empress is searching for new candidate that can become our new leader. I'm one of the candidates for 1ic, and in this forum I will explain why you should elect me for 1ic of TDE.

1. My history with the clan:
In mid 2014, a group that I led called RMoP decided to create a new sub-group, back then it had no specific purpose, it was supposed to be more of a reserve group. Thus I created the group and gave it the name Team Delta Extreme [TDE] with help of former TDE members and RMoP High Ranks Wackeyhd5cool, Coolredhawk and UnSilentMutiny.
It was originally Wackeyhd5cool's idea that we should use Team Delta Extreme as an independent group and make it a sword-fighting clan.
We came up with the idea that RMoP should be moved to Team Delta Extreme [TDE], which is the reason why TDE is called "The second group after RMoP". As the creator of both RMoP and TDE it was decided that I should be the leader of TDE as well, but I considered Wackey being more than just an Arch Emperor for TDE. (Crediting Wackey for rank design, old holo and the logo) I remained 1ic of TDE until 06/19/2015. I retired at my own will.
From late 2015 until now I was helping the group from time to time, with ranks of 2ic and 3ic and lower. I had more cases of retiring from TDE and rejoining during this period.
