Option to allow a group member distribute group funds

I always presume that Roblox reserved it strictly for the owners perhaps in order to keep people's group funds 100% safe from AA. But in many cases, this has proven to be more of a frustration than a helpful measure. If it helps, Roblox can always display a warning message about the potential for that rank to AA. In the end, I think it works to the community's favor to let the group owners judge that risk in their own cases.

Actually, to make this option even more feasible... Rather than make it based on rank, it should be based on individual. Like on the tab where you can give certain people a percentage of the group revenue.

@Goe Not at all, actually. It's a mere addition that let's people choose whether or not they wish to have others help them in the task to fund members. This is helpful for large groups that have a high demand of members that can't afford the uniform.
