IM BC BUT I CANT SELL!!!

I'm Bc currently but when I click on sell item and press save nothing happens and to make sure I went on my character then creation and the shirt not there. I then tried it on a group store but nothing. 'They are saying shirt/t-shirt is successfully uploaded' HELP!!!

It's selling but it's not in the creation section so my friends can see it. I have to give a link to my shirt. :/
