[2]Always use grammar throughout the whole interview. [3]Give your answers detail and thought, this will help raise you chances of passing. [4]Do not stand up unless chosen to be interviewed. (Trainee or Security) [2]Why have you chosen to work at Ocean Cafe? [3]Have you had any experience with groups like Ocean Cafe? If so, please name them. [4]What would you do if you encountered a "troller" at the cafe? [5]What goals do you have once working at Ocean Cafe? [6]How did you find Ocean Cafe? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [INTERVIEW PROCEDURE] 1) Before interviews, make sure hosts name their customers and staff. Format: :name [Username] [Name] - Office [Number] 2) Hosts will make sure all helpers are standing on the yellow line. 3) When starting interviews, make sure to kick any Trainee's - Staff Assistant. 4) Once them time has come, s-lock the server and change the shout. Shout Format: [INT]Interviews | S-Locked! | Sorry if you couldn't make it, try again next time! 5) Give yourself an introduction, then introduce your interviewers using the /e :sm [DESC] command. 6) After, use the command /e :sm [DESC] to go over the rules. 7)Use the commad /e :sm [DESC] after the rules and say the interviewers may now begin interviewing. 8) Interviewers will choose their chosen customer and use the questions listed above to interview our customers. 9) If the customer failed, the interviewer will explain why they failed then kick them. If they passed, the interviewer will rank them to their desired rank. If they cannot, the host will. 10) Once all customers have been interviewed, the host will then thank all the interviewers for coming, and then kick all interviewers. 11) The host will then change the shout to interviews concluded.
